Get into your account or reset your password
Use the same email address you used to create the account or purchase the plan.
What to do
- Open the sign-in page and check the email address for typing mistakes.
- If you cannot remember your password, request a fresh reset link at uncompressed.io/forgot.
- Use the newest reset email. If it does not arrive, check spam and make sure the email address matches the account.
- After resetting, sign in and open your library.
What to expect
You can open the library associated with your account.
Keep in mind
Support will never need your password or reset link. A Discord display name does not verify ownership of an uncompressed.io account.
Still need help?
If access still fails, email hello@uncompressed.io privately with the account email and the error. Do not post the email or reset link in the public channel.
