Change a film’s link or ask about a custom domain
Your portfolio handle and the film’s link name are different from configuring a separately owned domain.
What to do
- Open the film’s Share section and inspect the editable Link field.
- Choose the desired available film link name and let the change save.
- Copy the displayed link and test it. Update any links you previously distributed if needed.
- For a domain you own, ask support for the current setup instructions before changing DNS.
What to expect
You use the film URL shown in your account rather than guessing its address.
Keep in mind
Do not assume old custom URLs redirect after a rename. Do not copy DNS targets from another customer or change email-related DNS records to configure video hosting.
