What to do
- Open the film in your library.
- Find Allow original-file download in Video.
- Choose the setting you want and test the recipient’s view outside your owner session.
What to expect
The supported viewer download action follows your setting.
Keep in mind
Turning downloads off does not recall files already saved by recipients or guarantee that no capture is possible. Vault is a separate protected viewing workflow.
