Add or reduce monthly storage blocks
Additional hot storage costs $40/TB/month and cold archive costs $20/TB/month, plus applicable tax, on eligible paid plans. Storage blocks are monthly-only, including with an annual base plan.
What to do
- Check whether you need ready-to-play space or cold archive space. They are separate allowances.
- Review the storage controls and renewal details in your account before confirming a change.
- For a reduction, plan for the lower allowance at the next storage renewal and check that your stored files will fit.
What to expect
Your storage extras follow a monthly renewal schedule independently of the base plan’s annual billing.
Keep in mind
A reduction takes effect at the next storage renewal; it does not immediately refund or credit the unused part of the current paid storage period. Starter does not purchase storage blocks.
