Resume an interrupted upload
An interrupted browser upload can resume saved parts while its temporary upload session remains available.
What to do
- Return to the uploader using the same browser and device. Keep the original source file unchanged.
- If the upload tray offers Resume, select it. After a page reload, re-drop the same original file when prompted.
- Keep the tab open while the remaining parts transfer and the film is saved to the library.
- Open the completed film to check playback.
What to expect
The uploader uses the available saved parts and completes the remaining transfer.
Keep in mind
Clearing browser data, changing the file or an expired upload session can prevent resuming. A closed tab or sleeping computer does not keep uploading.

If Resume fails, send the error and the percentage shown to support. Do not cancel or remove the original file while we investigate.
